Return & Refund Policy
At BARRONIA, we follow a strict quality assurance process to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, returns are accepted only under specific conditions — where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests raised outside these conditions may not be considered.
Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery, failing which the request may not be entertained. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt to ensure timely reporting of any issues.
To process any return or replacement request, customers must provide a clear and unedited unboxing video showing the condition of the product at the time of opening. This video serves as primary proof for validating claims and helps prevent misuse of the policy. Requests submitted without this proof may not be processed.
Products eligible for return must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all labels and components. Any product that shows signs of use or damage due to mishandling will not be eligible for return or refund.
The following cases are not eligible for return or refund — used or opened products, products purchased under discounts, promotional offers, or clearance sales, and products damaged due to misuse or mishandling, unless they meet the damage or defect criteria at the time of delivery.
Once a return request is verified and approved, a replacement will be prioritized. Refunds are issued only in applicable cases and are processed within 5–7 business days via UPI or bank transfer to the original payment method. Any COD-related charges are non-refundable.
BARRONIA reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if the claim lacks sufficient proof, the product shows signs of use, or the request appears fraudulent. We are committed to maintaining a fair and transparent process for all our customers.
