At BARRONIA, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM are typically processed on the next working day. During high-demand periods such as sales or unforeseen operational challenges, slight delays may occur; however, we strive to minimize disruptions and keep customers informed.
Delivery timelines generally range between 2–4 business days for metro cities, 4–7 business days for other locations, and 5–10 business days for remote or non-serviceable areas. These timelines are indicative and may vary depending on courier partners and external factors beyond our control.
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract additional charges, which are displayed at the time of checkout. Once an order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via SMS and/or email. Customers are responsible for tracking their orders using the provided link.
Delivery partners typically attempt delivery two to three times. If unsuccessful, the order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to us. In such cases, BARRONIA reserves the right to cancel the order and may restrict future Cash on Delivery (COD) services for the customer.
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping information. BARRONIA shall not be held liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by events beyond our control—including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or logistical disruptions—shall not be the responsibility of BARRONIA.
In the event that a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and provide a suitable resolution. If a package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to refuse acceptance or record a proper unboxing video as proof for claims.
